About
I deliver complex IT and digital programmes: banking, legal, higher education, and Smart City. I have worked across the U.K. and the GCC, including five years building national ITS and IoT platforms at QMIC in Doha. One thread runs through the Qatar work: Qatar National Vision 2030, and what it takes to actually deliver against it.
